This solid garment warehouse was purchased and converted into speculative offices with an industrial flavour, as part of a joint venture for Dorrington-Derwent. Particular attention was paid to the entrance and new common parts. As a second phase, BWA carried out a feasibility study to add to the building two floors of residential accommodation.
